You may order safely & securely directly through this website. However, if you prefer, we can take orders by phone. See the Contact page for specific information.
Two Little Whales has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error, Two Little Whales shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

Payment
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal at this time.
If using e-checks through PayPal please email us to let us know that you you have placed the order. Inventory will not be automatically updated until your e-check clears and we don't get instant notification of your order when e-check is used.
Orders shipping to the State of Washington are subject to 9.53% sales tax. If your tax rate is lower than 9.53% kindly note that in checkout comments and we will refund your PayPal or adjust the total before processing your card.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 days processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We ship using USPS except for larger orders where UPS or Fedex may be more cost effective.
Two Little Whales will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost due to shipping. Insurance is not required but recommended.
Shipping costs are based on weight and include a $2 shipping and handling fee. Some products include free shipping. In stock orders will ship within one business days. Special order products typically state the expected ship time, but please as in advance if you have a question.

Free shipping method will be at the discretion of Two Little Whales based on order size. Large quantities of most cloth diapers can be ordered direct from the manufacturer and free shipping policy will also apply to those orders.
We highly recommend purchasing insurance. If you do not purchase insurance, then we have no responsibility for your order once it has been mailed.
If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.
International ShippingPlease feel free to contact us via e-mail with your order details if you are located outside of the United States and would like to order products; the cart will not allow you to do so automatically. Some products cannot be shipped outside the US, particularly if you have a cloth diaper retailer in your country. International customers are responsible for actual shipping costs and insurance (required).
Canadian Customers - Usually 1-2 cloth diapers or other small items is around $5.00. We don't add any additional handling charges to International orders. We will offer you each shipping option (First Class, Priority, Flat Rate Priority) so you can choose what works best for you. BE AWARE that orders may be held up at the border for customs checks. In the extreme orders can ocassionally be held up for up to 4 or 5 weeks; please plan your purchases accordingly. We cannot send out new product because your order is held up at the border, you will need to wait for it.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of international purchasers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Since there are hundreds of countries and variable rate schedules, we are unable to provide customers with costs. Tariff and Tax Information, that can help you in determining your costs.
Various countries have prohibitions and restrictions that may prevent us from being able to ship to your country. It is recommended that you verify that the merchandise that you are ordering can be shipped you your country. The United States Postal Office maintains a list of Restrictions by Country that you can reference.
It is a violation of international trade laws for a merchant to mark a purchased item as a gift in order to avoid taxes, fees, or tariffs therefore we will NOT accommodate such requests. Nor can we send an invoice showing a purchase price less than the actual order amount.
Return Policy
We make every effort to make your shopping experience pleasant. We are a family-friendly company and do have little helpers with us, so if we make a mistake, kindly let us know upon receipt of your order, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
If your items are defective, notify us within 10 days and we will either replace the item or direct you to the manufacturer for replacement, based on manufacturer requirements.
We cannot take back for return any item that is liquid or paste, such as diaper creams or sprays. These items are considered "tamperable" and by law cannot be returned.
Two Little Whales accepts returns:
- of perfect condition, unworn & unwashed items, including original packaging, within 30 days. We cannot accept any returns from a smoking household.

A 10% restocking fee is charged on returned items.
- If you elect to exchange your returned item(s) you will not be charged a restocking fee.

If you received Free Shipping or upgraded to Priority Mail for your order and the entire order is being returned then the actual shipping cost to you will be deducted from your return. Partial returned orders on free shipping packages may be charged a prorated shipping fee depending on the weight of the returned items.
- Please email us in advance to let us know it's coming. We will issue a refund as soon as the items arrive and we determine that they are in perfect, re-sellable condition.
- Items that are not in perfect, re-sellable condition, that have been washed or worn, or that are dirty will not be credited or returned to you.
- Items that come with hangtags, packaging, etc must include these when they are returned.
- Shipping costs either to you or back to us are not refundable.
- Please double-check sizes before you order. We highly recommend measuring your baby for cloth diapers rather than going solely by the weight ranges.
All sales on custom, personalized, used and clearance items are final.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and if exchanging, we will charge actual shipping to send your exchange to you. Items must be in sellable condition to be returned (not worn or washed).
Please do not simply send us your return. You need to contact us to let us know you need to make a return. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
If discount coupons were applied to your order the refund will be adjusted appropriately based on the discount details.
If returning a pocket diaper and keeping a discounted insert from that purchase then the full insert price will applied when you refund is calculated.
**ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 22, 2009 ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AS PART OF OUR STORE OWNERSHIP CHANGE CLEARANCE EVENT.**
Insurance
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Two Little Whales guarantees all insured packages. Please note, we ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
Canceled Orders
Canceled orders will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. Personalized or customized orders (art work, scrapbooks, diaper bags, burp cloths, handmade hats) cannot be canceled. Please contact me with your cancellation request, order number, and reason for the cancellation. We will promptly refund your payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Privacy Policy
Your name, e-mail address, & physical address are used by us only to contact you concerning orders and to answer questions. Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer in which case your address and order details excluding payment information will be provided for delivery purposes. We have only chosen companies that uphold the same privacy standards as we am committed to. We will do everything possible to protect your private information. We will not add you to any of my email lists unless you subscribe to it.
