You may order safely & securely directly through this website. However, if you prefer, I can take orders by phone. See the Contact page for specific information.
Payment
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard,and PayPal at this time. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to pay by money order. Orders shipping to the State of Georgia are subject to 7.00% sales tax.
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 days processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. I ship using USPS only at the present time. If you prefer your order ship UPS or Fedex please contact me in advance.
Two Little Whales will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost due to shipping, insurance is not required but recommended. Shipping costs are based on weight and some products include free shipping. In stock orders will ship in 1-2 business days.
Check Your Order Status NowFree shipping is available for orders on in stock products of $100 or more with a delivery address in the lower 48 states and to military families with an APO or FPO delivery address. Free shipping method will be at the discretion of Two Little Whales based on order size. Large quanties of most cloth diapers can be ordered direct from the manufacturer and free shipping policy will also apply to those orders.
I highly recommend purchasing insurance. If you do not purchase insurance, then I have no responsibility for your order once it has been mailed.

Free Shipping will apply to order of $100 or more.
Hawaii and Alaska orders will be charged exact shipping at the time of shipment (no handling fee).
If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.
At this time, Two Little Whales will not ship outside of the United States, with the only exception being to APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy
I make every effort to make your shopping experience pleasant. But I do have little helpers with me, so if I make a mistake, kindly let me know within 10 days and I will do everything I can to make it right.
If your items are damaged or defective, notify me within 10 days and I will replace the item or issue a refund. In some circumstances, I may refer you to the manufacturer instead. Return shipping for defective merchandise will be reimbursed.
I cannot take back for return any item that is liquid or paste, such as diaper creams or sprays. These items are considered "tamperable" and by law cannot be returned.
I accept returns:
- of perfect condition, unworn & unwashed items within 30 days.
- I charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
- Please email me in advance to let me know it's coming. I will issue a refund as soon as the items arrive and I determine that they are in perfect, re-sellable condition.
- Items that are not in perfect, re-sellable condition, that have been washed or worn, or that are dirty will not be credited or returned to you.
- Items that come with hangtags, packaging, etc must include these when they are returned.
- Shipping costs either to you or back to me are not refundable.
- Please double-check sizes before you order.
All sales on custom, personalized, used and clearance items are final. You may elect to exchange your order with no restocking fee. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs, and if exchanging, we will charge actual shipping to send your exchange to you. Items must be in sellable condition to be returned (not worn or washed). Please do not simply send us your return. You need to contact us to let us know you need to make a return. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Baby Carrier Return Policy
Some Baby Carriers have different return policies. Please review the return policy for each carrier prior to purchasing.
Insurance
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Two Little Whales guarantees all insured packages. If your package has not been delivered 30 days after the shipping date, and you purchased insurance for your package, we will reship new product at no additional charge. Please note, we ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet shipped. Personalized or customized orders (art work, scrapbooks, diaper bags, burp cloths, handmade hats) cannot be cancelled. Please contact us with your cancellation request, order number, and reason for the cancellation. We will promptly refund your payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Privacy Policy
Your name, e-mail address, & physical address are used by us only to contact you concerning orders and to answer questions. Some orders are shipped direclty from the manufacturer in which case your address and order details excluding payment information will be provided for delivery purposes. I have only chosen companies that uphold the same privacy standards as I am commited to. I will do everything possible to protect your private information. I will not add you to any of my email lists unless you subscribe to it.
