Thanks for stopping by Two Little Whales!
We are proud that this is a mom-and-pop-owned store! We are Natalie and Lukas, a wife and husband from Seattle, Washington. We are excited to have recently taken over Two Little Whales from Rachel Whalen, who launched the store in 2007 so she could be a Work-at-Home-Mom. Two Little Whales is our second cloth diaper store: We opened
www.punkernoodebaby.com while we were cloth diapering our two little girls and felt we wanted to spread the word about cloth diapers.
We know that cloth diapering can be overwhelming at first! Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We want you to find the perfect diaper system for your baby.
Local pick up is available to customers in the Seattle, Washington area. Simply choose local pick up at checkout and we can coordinate a pick up time once your order has been processed (this will apply only to in stock items). Contact us if you would like to set up a time to see any of the diapers in person at our showroom!
Our family has had many adventures in cloth! We've diapered messy newborns, squirmy toddlers, potty trained in cloth and even traveled with our cloth diapers! Skeptical at first, Natalie grew to love the styles, especially the diapers that come in bright colors and cute prints. It appears our little girls are quickly turning into fashionistas just like their Mama. You know you have a problem when your diaper simply has to match your outfit....
Lukas especially likes keeping paper/plastic diapers out of landfills. After he's done packaging diapers and sending them off around the country to lucky babies and their parents, he works his green thumb in our organic backyard garden. He likes that cloth diapers can help save our planet.
Our little girls are our inspiration and are our bosses. Our dog and our cat have some say as well. We feel lucky to be sowing our seeds in the great, green Northwest, among lush forests, gorgeous waters and open minds. We decided to start an environmentally friendly business after having our babies and realizing how much the fabrics and products we put on our skin and in our environment really matter. We thank you for visiting and hope you leave with some sweet diapers and a serving of eco-consciousness. Cheers.
