Two Little Whales is an online only retail store owned and operated by me, Rachel Whalen. I work out of my home in Columbus, Georgia while caring for my 4 year old little guy, Connor and my 17 month old little girl, Allie Grace.
My husband Chris encouraged me to start a store to share my love and knowledge of cloth diapering and everything baby with other parents. This also gives me an excuse to be a computer geek and Internet junkie!
I cloth diapered Connor for his last 9 months in diapers, then we went to cloth training pants. Once I got started cloth diapering Connor, I could not believe I didn't know about the new age of cloth diapers earlier. Had I known, we would have used cloth from day one. We were prepared to cloth diaper Allie when she came home, but the diapers were too big! I quickly got online to order some smaller diapers, and she has been in cloth since!
Unlike many other cloth diapering sites, I do not carry every style of cloth diaper. I carry what I have found to be the best products for my children, and what I think other people will enjoy. I want life to be easy. I don't have time to fuss with getting a diaper on Allie while Connor decides to "fix" a toilet, or scales up the entertainment center! I offer diapers that are simple to use even for caregivers who are not used to cloth diapering.
